South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has reportedly had an affair with Corey Lewandowski, an advisor to Donald Trump, according to the Daily Mail. She is known for her strong stance on supporting “traditional marriage” and “family values”.
According to the report, Kristi and Corey have engaged in numerous trips that combined business and pleasure, including private flights and stays at luxurious resorts, throughout their one-year affair.
Trump recently held a rally in Rapid City, South Dakota for his 2024 Presidential election campaign, which was attended by both Krisiti and Lewandowski.
According to the Daily Mail report, Kristi and Corey purposefully avoided any public interaction, despite their rumored affair in the past.
Kristi’s spokesman, Ian Fury, claims Governor Noem is being targeted because she received Donald Trump’s endorsement.
“This is so predictable that you would attack Governor Noem less than a week after she endorsed Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States,” Fury says.
Previously, there were speculations regarding a potential affair between Kristi and Corey that were published in the past. However, Kristi kindly put an end to those rumors by addressing them in a tweet back in September 2021.
“These rumors are total garbage and a disgusting lie. These old, tired attacks on conservative women are based on a falsehood that we can’t achieve anything without a man’s help,” Kristi tweeted at the time.
The recent report on the affair could potentially have a significant impact on Kristi, who had been under consideration by Trump as his running mate for the 2024 election. Kristi had been regarded as a promising figure in the Republican Party.
