Libya flash floods kill 2,000 people as 10,000 more feared missing

Extreme flash flooding in Eastern Libya has killed at least 2,000 people.

More than 10,000 people are still feared missing as flash floods rip through the towns.

The Mediterranean Storm Daniel has left the city of Derna underwater.

Eastern Libya Prime Minister Osama Hammed has begun declaring disaster zones.

Rescue efforts are underway with Turkey pledging humanitarian aid.
