When questioned whether he had showed the tape to anybody else, he responded with “no comment.” Regarding the act of uploading to OnlyFans, there will be “no remark.” Ms. Carey stated that there would be “no comment” regarding the change in subscriptions, and she went on to say that further comments made by Bear stated that “she has ruined, like f***ed my mental health.”

Ms. Carey said before the judge that Bear will have assistance from a third party in managing his OnlyFans account.

She asked, “If Mr. Bear wasn’t behind this footage, and if it wasn’t either of those two, what are you left with?” She then went on to say that “what are you left with?” Someone who has not yet been identified broke into his OnlyFans account, uploaded the content to his subscribers’ accounts, and shared it. Everything was done for Mr. Bear’s advantage.”

The situation with Bear, according to Ms. Carey, “flies in the face of common sense.”

Ms. Carey said, in a nutshell, that Bear had “deliberately flouted” the alleged victim’s request not to upload the footage in order to make money, and that this was a summary of her argument. “It wasn’t an accidental upload, and it hadn’t been set up or leaked,” she continued to clarify.
