A man named Josh Highcliff uploaded to YouTube a video clip he said was filmed at his hunting ground about 9 miles west of Tunica, Mississippi. Highcliff said the video showed a “skunk monkey,” also known as Bigfoot, which he initially thought was just an animal.

Bigfoot — also commonly referred to as Sasquatch in Canadian and American folklore — is a large, furry ape-like creature said to roam the woods. Josh, who uploaded the video to YouTube, reached out to the online community for help after spotting a “skunk monkey,” also known as the Florida Bigfoot, which is said to live in the southeastern states. He explained that the video was shot at his hunting ground about 9 miles west of Tunica, Mississippi.

Since he was out “pig hunting”, Josh thought it was an animal – but then he spotted “those big shoulders and upright heads and hands”. “My first instinct was to run, I didn’t even think about shooting…then I knew no one would believe me,” he wrote.
“It seemed like everything was slowing down…I was terrified! I pulled out my iPhone and started filming…I think I pressed the record button twice because it stopped flashing red, but I pressed it again.” I Heard a truck pull up the street and that thing stopped! Josh went on to explain that he estimated the creature to be about two meters in size.
