Samantha Sheridan dead and obituary, cause of death – whats happened

Samantha Elizabeth Lainey Schulz was born on January 4, 1993 at McMaster University Hospital to Richard and Beth Klassen. She was loved deeply by her three older brothers: Adam Pavan, Stacey Toews and Zac Klassen. Samantha was accepted into the family by her loving older sister; she bonded with her extended family through hours spent at the Klassen farm, as well as time spent at the Lagerplatz church camp operated by the Schulz family.

Sam earned a degree in Health Science from The University of Waterloo after attending Port Weller Public School and Eden High School. Her most influential work term was spent at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. After completing her degree in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario in 2022, she met her future husband Justin Sheridan on the frisbee pitch located at the institute. Additionally, she decided to focus on studying neuroscience and psychology after being here.

Sam was passionate about playing sports as a kid. She loved playing volleyball, soccer and hockey. Sam maintained that love of sports at Western with her leadership, team spirit and dedication to the Western Varsity Ultimate Frisbee team. Sam received the Scholar Athlete Award from the University of Western Ontario for her excellent academic and athletic performance on her high school team. Sam learned that new athletes were younger than her by a decade and that she’d been attending school for a very long time.

Megadeth’s lover enjoyed camping, being at the beach, back country hiking and having a passion for adventure and exploration. She also enjoyed being with her nephews and niece, Oliver, Alexis and Logan when they camped together. When she didn’t understand the outdoors herself, she shared her love of nature with others. She regularly invited the people she cared about to join her on new adventures. Her last big adventure was hiking the Killarney loop 100 kilometers through it while expecting her daughter Elizabeth.

Sam made sure many groups stayed connected by acting as the glue that binds them all together. Her biggest goal was connecting with others and building relationships. She also valued spending time with her loved ones above all else.

Sam was extremely driven to help people, and she intended to further explore the concept of starting her own clinical practice. She was filled with delight as she carried her child and looked forward to building a family with Justin. Sam would have been an excellent mom.

Sam was the inspiration and center of her family and friends. She was heartbreak to many for her unwavering spirit.
