The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office detained Tania Nicole McGowan, a local woman, in connection with the death of a youngster.
According to reports, the toddler was maltreated and starved by a 23-year-old woman before he passed away on December 11th.

Additionally, it states that the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Division was given the name of a young child who was not responding and that they quickly went to her Duval Highway home.
