Tysons Galleria is located in one of the most affluent markets in the country. Adjacent to the Capital Beltway (I-495), the center offers residents of Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland unrivaled access, is less than 15 miles from two international airports, and is one of the largest business districts in the country. Centered around Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue department stores, the center houses more than 20 upscale retailers, including Chanel, Bottega Veneta, Prada, Saint Laurent, Cartier and Celine. A new addition is Taste of Urban Space; a food hall run by New York-based Urbanspace, offering dishes from premier DC dining concepts.
The upscale retail property is the centerpiece of a 3-million-square-foot mixed-use development that includes a 398-room Ritz-Carlton hotel and five Grade A office towers. Residences at Tysons II (two 30-story luxury residential towers) and a sixth office building have been announced as future additions to the campus.
