Palacios was born in Alvarado, Veracruz. She started her acting career in the 1985 film The Burning House at Night. From there, she began recording film and television productions in her country, including Muchachitas, Killer Taxi, Opposite Destinations, The Stepmother and Pair of Aces. In the last few years of her career, she appeared in series until Doomsday and False Identity.
