Todd and Julie Chrisley were found guilty of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and tax fraud in June 2022. The couple was scheduled to be sentenced on October 6, but their sentence has been delayed for now.

This testimony had the effect of falsely painting the Chrisleys as untruthful, likely to commit other forms of fraud, and evading the tax payments alleged in the indictment.” Their lawyers also accused the court of accepting evidence that violated Julie.
