
A horrifying incident has happened which increases the anger of the public as well as breaks the heart. An officer lost his life during an altercation. This news has gotten worldwide attention and people are feeling sad for the family of the deceased and want justice for her. As per the latest report, A female Burnaby Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officer is found lifeless after a lethal stabbing. Her body was found at a city park close to Willingdon Avenue and Canada Way.

What Happened With Shaelyn Yang?
The police lodged the case and began to look for more details of the case. Burnaby RCMP disclosed the identity of the deceased who was an officer, Constable Shaelyn Yang. She was slain after a fight erupted with a camper and the whole incident had happened at Broadview Park. As per BC RCMP, the late officer became intertwined at the time of the fight. Soon after the argument turned into a heinous crime the late officer was stabbed and the trailer was shot. According to the report, the constable was 31 years old at the time of passing. This news is horrible and terrible as well. People are constantly sharing their reactions to this and people are looking to know why both were arguing.
Shaelyn Yang Death Reason
As we mentioned, not only the late officer but the suspect also got injured in this altercation. He was admitted to the hospital and the reports are stating that he is alive. After the demise of the late officer, RCMP took their official Twitter account and paid tribute to her which reads that “We are offering our sincerest sympathies to the family, colleagues and friends of Constable Shaelyn Yang who was giving her services in Burnaby, BC. She was assassinated on duty on Tuesday, 18th October 2022. Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with all people who were associated with her at this tough time. #HeroesInLife.”
Yang was born on the 21st of December 1990 and she was part of the RCMP outreach and mental health team she always cared about the citizens and community. She was a dedicated and honest officer who began volunteering in Richmond where she herself lived. Dwayne McDonald the commissioner of RCMP called this incident, “tragic and senseless”. As of now the details of the suspect are not disclosed but we are hoping it to find soon and we will update you here.
