Shayne Jansen may have been on “Love Is Blind,” but he’s pretty clear about his self-image.
The 32-year-old reality star shared photos of his physical changes over the past year and said he feels better than ever, especially when it comes to his mental health.
Jensen posted two photos – one of himself a year ago and the other showing off his ripped abs at the gym now.
“It’s awesome when you prioritize yourself and look as good as you feel,” he wrote on Instagram. “I’ve come a long way in a year and I can finally say I really love myself.”
Jensen shared more glimpses of his workouts over the years on Instagram, including a long video of him and Love Is Blind co-star Brendan McGee visiting a Chicago gym in early March. The two do pull-ups, bench presses, push-ups and more in the video.
Jensen co-starred in the second season of Netflix’s hit dating show, in which singles spend days talking and getting engaged before meeting each other.
He proposed to Natalie Minaj Lee and eventually met her in person, but the night before their wedding, Natalie and Shane, 32, got into a heated argument – with Natalie at her wedding. The big day cannot be shaken, and she decides not to marry her.
After the final episode, Jensen posted a tribute to Lee, saying “this journey with you will be one I will never forget.”
