The Barrie Police Department provides police services to the city of Barrie, Ontario, Canada. It consists of 218 police officers and 94 civilians serving 135,711 people (as of 2011) in an area of 100.71 square kilometers (38.88 square miles).

The Chief of Police is a senior officer of the Barrie Police Department. The current chief is Kimberley Greenwood, a former superintendent and 30-year veteran of the Toronto Police Service.
The Barrie Police Department is the third oldest existing police force in Ontario, after Kingston Police Department (1841) and Hamilton Police Department (1833).
